In this position, you drive the RFP process towards the set goals and revenue targets.Tasks & Responsibilities
- Together with the Manager RFP Programs coordinate the global RFP process & workflow
- Support with various RFP tasks in the preparation of the new RFP corporate & consortia season
- Add corporate RFP offers in Cvent Transient and control the process
- Support the member hotels in problem-solving between corporate accounts and Cvent Transient
- Set-up programs in Cvent Transient, including Design Hotels programs
- Data management in Cvent Transient and other relevant platforms
- Support the Manager RFP Programs in positioning member hotels within the different corporate programs
- Prepare production figures and gather data from various sources
- Work in data projects with the BI Team to ensure correct data reporting
- Work attentively towards KPIs by supporting the team with market research, reports, and presentations
- Work closely with the Design Hotels Distribution Team to ensure correct rate loading
- Prepare, lead and take minutes in weekly Business Travel Call
- Create newsletters for DS Programs for the travel trade community by working closely with the Digital and Graphics Team
- Work closely with hotels and Collective Team and manage the Collective Program (for high-end leisure offers)
- Optimize, develop and manage Salesforce, aligning the platform with the needs of the RFP, Travel Trade Marketing, Reservations and Global Sales team
- Support the launch of new member hotels
- Support in year-end RFP analysis to support hotels & Global Sales team
- Support with delivery of Membership Services
- Onboard and train interns

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team
- Demonstrate reliability and communicate constructively on all levels
- Proficiency in MS office (especially Excel) and experience working with Keynote beneficial
